Obituary Francisco R. Salinas Francisco R. Salinas, 70, passed away peacefully at home on September 3, 2015. Francisco was born on March 9, 1945, in Mathis, TX to Trinidad and Manuela Salinas. Francisco was a great family man and a loving father. In 1962, he married Lupe Lopez in Granger, WA and had two children. He enjoyed spending time with his family, barbequing, woodworking, fishing, and reading. Survivors; Spouse Lupe Salinas, son Frank (Veronica) Salinas, granddaughter Sarah, grandson Steve, and great granddaughter Vianna. Brothers; Sylvester (Liz) Salinas, Trinidad Jr Salinas, and Lupe Salinas. Sisters; Janie Salinas, Mary (Mario) Saienz, Tina Salinas, and Delores (Santos) Garza. Predeased in death by his parents Trinidad and Manuela, daughter Eva, and brothers Carlos, Santiago, and Ricky.
