Frances Polk

Frances Lynn Polk, 46, passed away July 31, 2018 at Cottage in the Meadow. She was born December 29, 1971 in Toppenish, WA to Randy Sohappy Sr. and Charlotte Kahama. Frances lived in Wapato, WA all her life. She was an MVP at Basketball in High School. She enjoyed cooking, beadwork, and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Michael Polk; her children, Tracy Polk, Douglas Polk Jr., Mikeyla Polk, Tyree Polk, Trinity Polk, Treylonnie Polk; grandchildren, Thomas Polk, Kaylee Polk, Jesse Miller Jr., Kaitlin Polk, Lee Wolf III; brothers, Randy Sohappy Jr., Charles Sohappy and numerous aunts, uncles, family & friends. Dressing was held Wednesday, August 1, 2018, 2:00 PM at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Wapato, WA with Overnight Services that followed at the Toppenish Longhouse. Burial will be Thursday, August 2, 2018 at sunrise at the Union Gap Cemetery in Union Gap, WA.
