Emily Smith

Emily Jo Smith, peacefully passed away on October 5th, 2014, after a brief 16 day stay on earth. She is survived by her parents, Dustin & Heather Smith, and her big brother, Jacob Smith, and big sister, Hannah Smith. She is also survived by her grandparents, Mark & Pamela Printz & Doug & Cheri Smith. She is preceded in death by her infant brothers, Isaac & Caleb. A private graveside service will be held at the Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
