Emily Bill

“Kim-Li” Emily Ann Bill passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident that occurred earlier in the week. Emily was born December 20, 1985. The firstborn child to Antonia Stevens and Carl Bill. She was a joyful presence and very warm and radiant like her favorite color, orange. Her smile and laughter will be missed my many. She was a food gather, wove wa’paas, cooked wonderful meals and was learning how to preserve foods. She was a hard worker. She did things with a passion and focus. One of her favorite roles in life was that of being a mother. Her children were an important part of her life. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents. Frank and Reta Stevens, paternal grandfather, Johnny Bill, Jr., paternal aunt, Gaileen Bill, paternal uncle, Gaston Bill and maternal aunt, Carmanita Pimms. She leaves behind her partner, Jimmy Hooper, two sons, Xailius Bill and Zentry Bill and daughter, Quinny Jane Hooper. Her mother, Antonia Stevens, father, Carl Bill, Brothers, Lawrence Bill, Jordan Stevens and Ethan Stevens and numerous other relatives.
