Elizabeth Berquist

Elizabeth Kay Berquist, age 57, of Selah passed away on November 26, 2018 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Alamagordo, New Mexico to the late Bill and Evelyn (Seamark) Pitts. Her father was a career military man and so she had the opportunity to live in a number of places. While in Tacoma, WA she met the love of her life Terry and they had 23 wonderful years together. Elizabeth was an avid sports fan and loved to watch the Mariners play. She loved bowling and was on the Professional Circuit for two years. She enjoyed the annual camping trip to the mountains with her family and a few vacation cruises to Alaska, Mexico and the Bahamas. She is survived by her husband Terry Berquist; two daughters Alysha and Jenna; and her siblings: Curtis Pitts, Phyllis Pitts, Cindy Russell, Angie Hager and Michael Pitts. A Celebration of her Life will be 12 noon, Saturday December 8, 2018 at the Yakima Evangelical Church (7901 W. Nob Hill Blvd.).
