Eliazar Garza

Eliazar "Al/Stork" Garza, 71, of Sunnyside, WA passed away peacefully on February 27, 2023. Al grew up in Sunnyside, a town he loved and returned to after retirement. He worked as a school bus mechanic for many years and also enjoyed collecting cars. Al loved the Lord and had a servant’s heart. He always made himself available to help and encourage everyone. He took great delight in being an usher at Cornerstone Assembly of God and said that he wanted to welcome everyone with a smile. Al will be reunited with his father, Santos Garza and his son-in-law, Miguel Gonzales. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 46 years, Grace; children, Sandy, Bambi (Johnny), and Nathan (Ashley); his mother Rosa (Chita); his grandchildren, Michael, Eli, Christian, Michaela, Serenity, Haley, Ian, Kylie, and David; his siblings, Elena (Juan), Ely (Tina), Ed (Marcy) and Elisa (Andy), and so many loving aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends. We invite all of Al’s loved ones to join us in celebrating his beautiful life at Cornerstone Assembly of God on March 11th, 2023 at 11am.
