Dorothea Hall

Dorothea Elizabeth Hall, 81, of Wapato died Monday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Hall was born in Dairyland, Wis., and moved to the Yakima area when she was 15. She later moved away and returned to Wapato in 1999. She worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for Seafirst Bank, Peoples Bank and Leber Inks for many years. Survivors include her husband, John Hall of Yakima; three sons, Stephen Hall of Aberdeen and Robert Hall and William Hall, both of Wapato; a stepson, Guy Hall of Washington; a daughter, Catherine Vredenburg of Covington; two stepdaughters, Lori Smith of Puyallup and Pamela Temple of Selah; two brothers, Noel Gaudette Jr. of Wisconsin and Gary Gaudette of Kent; two sisters, Lois Snyder of Lacey and Clarabell Barksdale of Vancouver, Wash.; 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Tahoma Cemetery in Yakima. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory of Yakima.
