Doris Jahner

Doris L (Anderson) Jahner, passed away on June 5, 2023 in Yakima, WA. Doris was born in Yakima, WA on November 25,1934 to Mark and Frances Anderson, and had a twin sister, Dolores. She grew up in Yakima, where she worked at the family grocery store, Anderson Grocery, on Lincoln Ave. Doris worked in the store where she met her husband, Pius Jahner. He was the love of her life and together they had two children; Kathy and Diane. Doris was very hard working. She loved flowers, working in her yard, her Pomeranian dogs and baseball. She also made all the holidays wonderful. She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Rod) Graves of Yakima, grandson Michael (Ashley) Jahner, great-grand daughters; Vivienne and Olivia Jahner of Scottsdale, AZ and a sister Dorothy Ebert of Yakima, WA. A Graveside inurnment has been scheduled for Tuesday June 20th at 10:00 am at Calvary Cemetery in Yakima.
