Donna May Quantrell left this Earth and made her grand entrance into Heaven early the morning of Christmas Eve. Donna known by many as Granny sure had a way of doing things her own way and her exit was no different.

She went on to marry the true love of her life, Keith Quantrell on March 10th, 1977. They had a one of a kind love. They enjoyed traveling, he really brought out the adventurer in her. They enjoyed spending time together and with their family. This marriage brought 4 additional adult children, step-daughters Becky, Shirley, Sherry and Lisa.
Donna enjoyed genealogy and she had every line of her family traced back for many generations. She also told anyone she came in contact with about “River Rock Ranch” and how many beefalo they(Terry, Donna and Nick) had. Oh, the excitement she had as she would tell of the new calves as they were born and always wanted to show off her pictures. After Keith passed away she continued to do some traveling with her sister Marylin and her longtime friend Mary Lou Dills. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family, she was always ready to enjoy a good burger or ice cream with her great granddaughters. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Wapato. She enjoyed her role of publishing the newsletter for many years.
