She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Matias Maldonado, and Felix Arias of Mexico; her sister Eva Maldonado of California; and her brothers Jose, Jesus, Beto, and Pancho of Mexico; along with two of her grandchildren Chullila Cardenas and Pedro Cardenas. Dominga was born on September 21, 1925, in Villa Victoria, Mexico, to parents Matias Maldonado and Felix Arias.
