Debra Blackburn

Debra Lynn Blackburn, 53, of Yakima died Sunday at Cottage in the Meadow. Mrs. Blackburn was born in Astoria, Ore. She was a licensed practical nurse until her health deteriorated. Survivors include her father, Ronald McClelland of Vancouver, Wash. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory, Yakima.
