"For this child I have prayed, and the Lord granted the deepest desires of my heart." 1 Samuel, 1:27-28. Blair Emery Cleaver was born May 17, 2015 at 11:33 am at Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland. Blair's parents, Kelby and Leslie Cleaver, of Prosser, Washington, and twin sister Emery, were blessed with a short time to forever fall in love before Blair left this world for her Heavenly Home. Blair is loved and missed by her parents Kelby and Leslie Cleaver, and twin sister Emery; Maternal Grandparents Mack and Gail Brown of Prosser, Paternal Grandparents Wesley Auston and Debara Jean Cleaver of Hermiston, Oregon. Great-Grandmothers: Ora Vaught of Prosser, Maxine Brown of Prosser, Hilda Elizabeth Blair of Pendelton, Oregon, and Bernice Yvonne Cleaver of Hermiston. Aunt and Uncles: Darrel and Adie Brown of Kennewick; their children Cyndal and Nolan Brown, Wyatt and Jamie Cleaver of Hermiston, and their daughter, Makayla Cleaver. Private graveside services will be held at the Prosser Cemetery.
