On Tuesday, March 5, 2024, is the day that he decided was the day he would leave this world. Bill
"Billy" Frazier has left this world, he leaves behind a legacy that only a faw have left. He was a Ranch Hand, Horse Trainer. Farrier basically an all around workar where the could be. His biggest role was working with the youth in the Roded arena and being a supporter of any kind of events associated with horses. Billy spent a lot of time chasing Wild Horses (a lot of time with Ed Gunnier) with who ever needed help and on various Wild Horse Racing Teams.
He also was apart of YVTPC him and Devalyn participated in this together along with the rest of the family. Bitly also was apart of the Toppenish Jr. Rodeo Association for many years till he moved to Montana for abit. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, he frequent the Sunnyside club before his passing.
Billy leaves behind his Mother, Hellen Barnett of Sunnyside, his Brother Don Frazier and family, his Sister Dawn Meyer and family both of idaho. His brother William Barnett & family of Moses Lake. He also leaves his daughter Devalyn and her boyfriend Elijah, Elijah was blessed to tear of his ways within these last couple of weeks before he left us. Billy was also, blessed with Adopted children & grandchildren such as Misty & her babies, Tori & her boys, Sal & his boys and Mikey just to name a few. He was blessed to be known as Uncle Billy by many. He had many partners he would go with such as Ed Boardwell, Ty Gibson, Wayne Johnson just to name a few. He would never tell anyone no and he would help anyone that needed help.
Waiting for him is his Father Don Burl Frazier, his Step-Father Gene Barnett, his Aunt Ruby Metz whom he lived with for along time. His Aunt Sarah Allen, His Uncle & Aunt, Frank & Charlotte Beard, his Grandson James whom he really missed plus numerous relations that went on before him. We know that James and his partner in crime Wayne R. are waiting for him.
Billy's family would like to thank those that took care of him and his Mother these last couple of months, and their families as well for allowing them to help them.
