Betty Bloom

Betty Irene Bloom, loving mother of Rick, Dan & Shirley, passed away peacefully on Monday 7-17-17 at Sunterrace Prosser, WA. Betty was born in Tennessee on Feb. 18, 1936. She was 81. Betty & Richard her loving husband loved to go fishing and gambling together, before he passed away. She is survived by her sons Rick & Dan Bloom & daughter Shirley Bernal, many grandsons & granddaughters, & great grandsons & granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents Jesse & Elmer Mears, & loving husband Richard, sisters Nancy Dehart & Evelene Gonzalez. Bety is also survived by a sister, Kathy Everret, & brothers Frank & Randy Mears, & many nieces & nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, July 21, 2017 at the Zillah Cemetery. Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah is in charge of all funeral arrangements. A reception will be taking place after graveside services at son’s house Dan Bloom in Zillah, WA.
