Bert Franklin Cliff “Frank” passed quietly with family surrounding him on Oct. 21, 2014. He was born on Feb. 11, 1940 in Peoria, OK. He and Bobbie lived in Idaho for several years before coming to Washington State where he was a bovine podiatrist (cow hoof trimmer) and retired in 2009. Family was first and foremost in his life and he will be remembered for his sense of humor and the love he had for all of us. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Bobbie, of Granger, three daughters, Karen (Donnie) Miller of Benton City, Marcy Cliff of Boise, ID, Lani Brewer (Ken) of Arco, ID, three sons, Mark Cliff (Margo) of Prosser, Dusty Cliff (Maria) of Granger, and Shane Mortensen (Tina) of Sunnyside. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, two brothers, and a granddaughter. He had 18 grandchildren, 27 (soon to be 28) great grandchildren, two brothers, Dan Cliff of Meridian, ID and Bud Cliff of Boise, ID, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws, outlaws, etc. We will miss that twinkling smile and the humor he left in all of us.
In lieu of a funeral the family has chosen to have a celebration of his life on Sunday Oct. 26 at 1351 Nass Rd., Granger, WA at 1 PM. We welcome friends and family to come and remember Frank at this time.
