Barbara was born in Toppenish, WA to Jerry & Faye Roybal. She peacefully passed away on May 11, 2015. She is survived by her children, Isaac & Tanna Roybal and her siblings, Jerry, Richard, Flora, Rosie, and Gloria. Services will be held in Moses Lake & are pending at this time.
