Barbara Hudson

Barbara Marlene Hudson, age 79, of Yakima passed away on June 8, 2017. She was born November 15, 1937 to the late Mike and Mable (Brand) Henslee. She is preceded in death by brother Dennis Henslee, half brother and sister Buzzy and Sandra Shaw. Barbara grew up in Goldendale, Washington and graduated from Goldendale High School in 1955. She married , Kenneth Wayne Hudson in Coeur’ d’ Alene, Idaho. Together they had 2 daughters Darlene McLean of Yakima, and Sheri Hudson of Selah. Barbara and Ken enjoyed traveling and seeing the United States together. She loved flowers, trees, birds, the ocean and the Columbia River. She loved her family and the time they spent together. She loved us and gave us everything we needed and more. She was a long time member of Peace of Christ of Naches Church. Barbara is survived by her husband Kenneth Hudson; daughters Darlene and Sheri; brothers Mike Henslee, Sister in law Karen Henslee and Steve Henslee; granddaughter Tara Masella; son-in-law James Masella; and great granddaughter Alexa Masella.
