Barbara Buitenbos

Barbara Buitenbos, 93 went to be with the Lord April 26, 2018. She was the oldest of 9 children. She grew up on the Satus where she met Edward J. Buitenbos and married October 7, 1942. Barbara was a well known cook in the Lower Valley area for many years. She is survived by 5 brothers and sisters; her 3 daughters, Shirley Harrington of Yakima, Charlene Johansen of Satus and Brenda (Pedro) Nunez of Granger; 12 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband, Edward; son, Raymond; parents, Charles and Lavena Harris and 3 brothers. Funeral Services will be held Friday, 1:00 PM May 4, 2018 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah, WA and then laid to rest at the Sunnyside Cemetery.
