Avery Juarez

June 10, 2009 — March 15, 2024

Avery Noah Juarez born June 10, 2009 to Venita Cerda and Jesse Juarez and had a younger brother Nathan Flores. Avery lived with his mom brother and grandparents Cindy & Noe Gonzalez and had several loving family members. Avery was diagnosed with a Diffused Midline Glioma October 2023. Throughout his illness he showed BrAvery and fought with a positive attitude and hope throughout these last 5 months with 10 weeks of radiation, a couple surgery’s and even chemo treatments but ultimately the cancer became aggressive enough it took him home to GOD March 15, 2024. Avery, as many of you know, had one of the most outgoing special presence he always had a smile or a joke even when he was sick. We all knew Avery for being the life of the party, the main character, the social butterfly, the babysitter to the kids, and one of few loyal Bears fans in Washington. Not only was he special in character but he also showed his talents in football, he had hopes to one day make it to college and play football. Avery was a scholar on top of it all, he somehow never had homework and it was never questioned because he had A’s & B’s, he had plans of returning to school when he felt better because he enjoyed academics & being with teachers, coaches and friends. Aside from his academic success and his love for football - he brought a smile to everyone he came in contact with and for that reason he has been supported by an incredible amount of people until this very day. Avery is flying high now and if he taught us anything it’s to appreciate every day in life with a smile, joke or just by being kind to others.
