Ambrose Ponti

Ambrose Carl Ponti, 87, of Yakima died Monday. Mr. Ponti was born in Walla Walla. He was a farmer in College Place before becoming a meter repairman for Cascade Natural Gas in Yakima for more than 20 years. Survivors include three sons, Walter Ponti of Walla Walla, Michael Ponti of Waitsburg and Thomas Brewer of Yakima; and a daughter, Karen Ripley of Spokane.
