Altagracia De Castillo

Altagracia Avila De Castillo was born in Michoacan, Mexico to her parents Evaristo Vela and Narcisa Ezquivel. She had seven sisters and one brother. She assisted school in Coalcoman, Michoacan at Juana de Arco School until 3rd. grade. She was a Fervent Catholic, very family celous and devoted. She loved to pray and did fasting on Wednesdays and Saturdays in honer of The Virgen Of The Scapulary. She is survived by 6 children, Jose - Bartolo - Maria - Luz - Socorro and Jessica; by 53 grandchildren, 77 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-great grandchildren. She is preceded by 6 children, Teresita - Guadalupe - Miguel - Francisco - Antonio and Salvador. She will be truly missed. A Rosary will be held 6:00 pm Monday August 29, 2016 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside followed by an all night vigil 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM at Saint Josephs Catholic Church in Sunnyside. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday August 30 2016 at Saint Josephs Catholic Church in Sunnyside followed by graveside services at the Zillah City Cemetery in Zillah. A reception will be held following graveside services at The Salon Real in Grandview.
