Alma Betsch

Alma June Betsch, longtime resident of Yakima Valley, left to be with her Father in heaven on October 13, 2016 after a long illness. She died at the good old age of 92. Alma was born in Colorado on January 6, 1924 to the late John Henry and Elizabeth Ruth (Rhiehert) Pister. She married Antoni (Tony) Betsch of Granger, WA on September 29, 1940. They had a wonderful life for 64 years until Antoni’s death in 2004. Alma is survived by her son Daniel A. Betsch (Kathy) of Union Gap, WA; one daughter Diane Allen of Bothell, WA; two grandsons: Jospeh M. Scott of Bothell and Monte A. Scott (Billijean); granddaughters: Kristen (Dave) Valentine of Snohomish and Kimberly Fields of Yakima,WA; 6 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
