It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alex Sandoval who was taken from us too soon on 06/19/2024 at the age of 48. He was born on 12/21/1975, in Toppenish, WA, to Juan M. Sandoval Jr. and Juanita Ursua- Sandoval. He was a resident of Yakima, WA and was a proud graduate of Wapato High School class of 1994. He brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with his kind heart, radiant smile, and boundless curiosity. Though his time with us was brief, the depth of love and happiness he shared will forever remain in our hearts. He cherished every moment he spent with his loved ones. He never missed out on the opportunity to support his nieces and nephews in whatever sports and events they performed in. His passion for creating music and his unwavering spirit will be remembered forever.
He was survived by his brothers Juan M. Sandoval III (Lisa), Tony A. Sandoval (Michelle), Mando Sandoval (Ashlee). Nieces: Victoria M. Sandoval (Shay), Toni A. Sandoval (Sergio), Brooke M. Sandoval (Chris), and Salinda Sandoval. Nephews: Juan M. Sandoval IV, Joe Sandoval, Alex Sandoval, Xavier Sandoval, Alijah Sandoval, Zayiden Sandoval, Treydyn Sandoval. Fiancee: Brandi Pacheco. His Children Johnathan, Annabelle, Xzavier, Alex, Jaxson, and Blade. Aunts: Juana Casas, Josie Terrazas, Annette Ursua- Nolasco; Austin, Texas, Christine Ursua- Morales; Riverside, California, Florence Ursua- Rivera; Dinuba, California, and Eleanor Ursua- Ortiz (Manuel) Lake Forest, California. Uncles: Michael Ursua; Riverside, California and Tony Ursua; Florida. And Numerous cousins in California and Washington State, all who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Preceded in death by parents Juan M. We invite all who cherished Alex to join us in a ceremony of remembrance celebrating his precious life on Monday, June 24th, 2024 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Wapato from 4-7 pm with a Rosary at 5 pm. On Tuesday, June 25th, 2024 a funeral mass will be held at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Wapato. He will be buried at Reservation Memorial Park Cemetery at 11:30 am. Followed by a meal at the Filipino Hall in Wapato
