Alba Rosa Garza July 24, 1952- January 1, 2022 Rosa went to be with our Lord and Savior on January 1, 2022. Rosa was born on July 24,1952 In Roma, TX to Albino and Noelia Gonzalez. In 1955 she moved to Coachella California where she lived her childhood into her early adulthood. After graduating high school, Rosa moved to Germany were she enjoyed traveling through other parts of Europe for a short time before returning to Coachella CA. This is were she ultimately met the love of her life, Alfredo Garza Jr. They moved to Sunnyside WA in 1975 where she lived until the Lord called her home. Rosa was very well known for her beautiful smile, spunky attitude, great conversations, and warm hugs. She always went to the ends of the earth to help anyone in need. Before ending up with medical issues that limited her mobility, Rosa loved spending her time volunteering at St. Joseph school. Rosa was very well known for her popcorn balls, tamales and salsa. She is survived by her six children Rick (Becky) of Katy TX, Cynthia ( Albert) of Richland WA, Freddie (Gina) of Ponca City OK, Jabby (Debra) of Portland Or, Noni of Sunnyside WA, and Ashley (Joseph) of Richland WA. Her mother Noelia Gonzalez of Coachella CA. Six siblings Albino Gonzalez of Hemet CA, Josie Amador of Cathedral city CA, Diana Juarez of Coachella CA, Annie Bowers of Titonka IA, Yvonne Gonzalez of Indio CA, and Marco Gonzalez of Coachella CA. Twenty-seven grandchildren, fifty-two great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Rosa is preceded in death by her husband Alfredo Garza Jr, father Albino Gonzalez, brother Johnny Gonzalez, sons Silvestre, Adam, and Babo. Memorial services to be announced at a later date.
